ALASEND Version. The manual applies to ALASEND version 3.0 and later.
Requirements >>
ALASEND works on Windows 2003, XP, Vista systems(32). It does not work on Mac and Linux. Internet Explorer version 6.0,7.0 or later is required.
1. Start Download. Click the Download ALASEND link and a popup window will ask "Do you want to Run or Save this file?" Click Run.
2. Agree to Install ALASEND. Once the download finishes, another popup window will show "ALASEND Install Wizard". Click "Next" and installation will begin.
3. License Agreement. Read the License Agreement and agree to it.
4. Setting Up Personal Data. In this dialog you can change folder where ALASEND are stored and where ALASEND should place its program files.
5. Setting "Start". Selecting the position where ALASEND should be stored, click Install.ALASEND will be run automatically after the installation is finished.
ALASEND Initial Wizard >>
You can see the Wizard Screen at the first time you use ALASEND. It will scan your frequent applications and network games and display them on the left. Choose the task you want to login and enter the password on the right ,then click to save.
ALASEND Files >>
Login task. ALASEND saves passwords of websites and applications. Once the password is saved,you can login the websites and applications.by clicking the tasks you have saved.
Collections of url. It is similar to the IE Favourites,instead of entering the URL again and again,it will help you to save the websites,URL and remarks.
Applications. It is similar to Windows desktop shortcut. It can save the routines of the applications for quick start.
Folder. Classify the Login tasks ,Collections of url and Applications .
ALASEND Main Interface >>
Menu Bar.Most functions of ALASEND can be performed by Menu Bar.eg:Add/Delete/Modify login task,Add/Delete Web URL,Add/Delete Application,Data Binding,Upgrade.
Tool Bar.Common Functions :New, DIY , Collect, Login, Modify, Delete.
Login task display area.composed by two parts. The left catalog tree display all the "Login Item", the right List display all the details of "Login Item".

You can save all your usernames and passwords to login task, so that you can login directly.
Add login item >>
Express save,New, DIY,
1. Express save.When you enter the account password and submit the form, ALASEND will save simple pop-up prompts, simple tips can be modified to preserve sign in the name of the task , but its accuracy and applicability is not so strong as the DIY.
2.New.New window is divided into two parts. On the left to display a list of commonly used user login and the task which DIY can not login , choose the task you want to login from the left, and then to the right to enter tasks account and password, if the application path is needed you should choose the application path. After complete the settings on the right,click"Apply" to save or to add another login task;After complete the settings on the right,click "OK" to save and quit the New menu.
3.DIY.DIY is a user-defined task adding tool, DIY supports most login tasks of web sites and applications.
a. Menu bar-->Tools-->DIY Login Tool-->open DIY interface

DIY USE >>
Step1: With the left mouse button click on account of a magnifying glass window, do not release the left mouse button, drag the magnifying glass to the box at the top of the page account, release the left mouse button.
Step2: With the left mouse button click on account of a magnifying glass window, do not release the left mouse button, drag a magnifying glass to the password box at the top of the page, release the left mouse button.
Step3: With the left mouse button click on account of a magnifying glass window, do not release the left mouse button, drag a magnifying glass to the top of the page to log button, release the left mouse button.
Step4: Magnifying glass after the completion of the acquisition of the three will automatically fill the name of the card, the page URL (path to the application), you can modify the name of the card and choose VerifyCode, click save to complete the adding of task.

Login >>
1. Direct login.Aotufill the username and submit the form when the site don’t have anti-bot protection
2. Autofill.Aotufill the username but don't submit the form when the site do have anti-bot protection
Express login >>
When opening a login task which has been preserved , ALASEND will pop up a simple login prompt, if the page contain a number of tasks, you can choose one to login.
Compulsory login >>
Once your first login failed, you can double-click the task to login in the website or application which you have opened.
Hotkey >>

Applications and network games can be logged by hotkey. Default hotkey is Ctrl+ The left mouse button. Push Ctrl, click the username box of the application and network game, then release quickly, the application and game will login automatically. You can set hotkey as: settings-->other options.

Modify login task >>
Modify the username, password and remarks of the task:
a. Menu bar-->edit-->modify, to modify the login task.
b. Tool-->barmodify, to modify the login task.
c. Select the task you want to modify, then click right mouse button, click “modify”.
DIY re-collect >>
The task added by DIY can be modify by itself, including: username, password, anti-bot protection, login task name and so on.
a. Menu bar-->tools-->DIY re-collect, to re-collect the DIY task.
b. Tool bar-->collect, to re-collect the DIY task.
c. Select the task you want to re-collect, then click right mouse button, click “DIY re-collect”.
Delete login task >>
a. Menu bar-->edit-->delete, to delete the task.
b. Tool bar-->delete, to delete the task.
c. Select the task you want to delete, then click right mouse button, click “delete”.
Collection of URL >>
It is similar to the IE Favorites.
Save URL >>
a. Menu bar-->file-->add web URL, open the the page you want to collect, then save.
b. Task manage-->collection of url-->click right mouse button-->add web URL, select the the page you want to collect, then save.
Delete collection of URL >>
a. Menu bar-->edit-->delete, delete the selected URL.
b. Tool bar-->delete, delete the selected URL.
c. Select the URL you want to delete, then click right mouse button, click “delete”.
Application >>
Similar to the Windows desktop shortcut to preserve the application name and path, you can quickly launch applications.
Add application >>
a. Menu bar-->file-->add application, enter app name, app location then click OK to save.
b. Task manage-->application-->click right mouse button-->add application, enter app name, app location then click OK to save.
Delete application >>
a. Menu bar-->edit-->delete, delete the selected application.
b. Tool bar-->delete, delete the selected application task.
c. Select the application you want to delete, then click right mouse button, click “delete”.
Security >>
Admin password >>
a. It can be set as: Menu bar-->settings-->setup Admin password. Admin Password is used for identification when you enter the main interface of ALASEND .
b. It can be modified as: Menu bar-->settings-->modify Admin password.
Manage Showing Password >>
Manage Showing Password is used for viewing the passwords of your login items. It can be set, modify, delete in Menu barsettingsmanage showing password. Select a task and click the right mouse button, then click “modify” to view the password of the task.
Data Binding >>
Hardware is a one-way data binding and can not be removed.
a. Binding hard disk :Make sure that the ALASEND is installed in the hard disk and run it, then Menu bar-->settings-->Data binding-->bind data to hard disk. The data of the user can only be opened on the bund computer.
b. Binding flash disk :Make sure that the ALASEND is installed in the flash disk and run it, then Menu bar-->settings-->Data binding-->bind data to flash disk. The data of the user can only be opened on the bund flash disk.
Number of retries >>
Menu bar-->settings-->other options-->options-->Number of retries, if enter “Admin password” or “manage showing password” An error of more than a set number of times, ALASEND will auto-logout.
Operating time >>
Menu bar-->settings-->other options-->options"After idling [ ] minutes the program requires re-input Admin" You should enter the password again after a period of that time.
User data encryption >>
Encrypted by RSA Encryption algorithm.
Operation Mode >>
a. Express Mode: Menu bar-->settings-->Operation Mode-->Express Mode, including: Menu bar, express tool bar and login item.
b. Extend Mode: Menu bar-->settings-->Operation Mode-->Extend Mode, including: Menu bar, extend tool bar and login item, login task, information viewing area.
Auto run >>
a. Set: Menu bar-->settings-->auto run when windows starts
b. Undo: Menu bar-->settings-->auto run when windows starts(click again)
Update online >>
a. Menu bar-->Help-->check for update
b. Tool bar-->upgrade
Backup and Restore >>
Backup User Data >>
Menu Bar-->File-->Backup Login item,choose a folder to backup.
Restore User Data >>
Menu Bar-->File-->Restore Login item,choose the folder of the restoring data.If it requires Admin password,you should enter the password before restore successfully.The restoring data will cover the current user data.
