A: Most likely, they are not lost except in the following situations:

1. Uninstall and install Alasend

Unistalling Alasend will remove your "Login Item" as well,so you should back up them before Unistall and restore them after re-install Alasend.

2. The install routines are different between new and former Alasend.May be you have open the new one.

You can restore the "Login Item" by fellowing the steps:Menu Bar-->File-->Restore login items-->open "mwyuser.mdf" in the install folder manually.

3. Your data have been damaged by virus or deleted artificially.

If you havn't restored your data,you can check whether the "mwyuser.mdf.bak" is still in the install folder.If it is,you can restore "mwyuser.mdf.bak",then delete "mwyuser.mdf".After that, rename "mwyuser.mdf.bak" to "mwyuser.mdf",check the "Login Item" was back or not.top

Q: How can I uninstall Alasend?

A: Select "Start -> Programs -> Alasend -> Uninstall". top

Q: Can Alasend be installed in USB disk?

A: Yes.You can installed Alasend in your USB disk directly.But Alasend can not be activated in a usb-disk, the later version of Alasend will support the activation of usb-disk.top

Alasend Pro Licensing

Q:What are the differences between the free version and the Pro?

A:In the free version,there is a limit that the total of the Login tasks ,Collections of url and Applications is 5,and the "Manage Showing Password" and "Export Text" is unavailable.In the Pro version,all the functions are available and have no limits.top

Q: Alasend tells me that my activations were exceeded. What should I do?

A:You can buy a new key,and then activate.top

Q:If I move an activated Alasend to another computer, the Alasend will still be active?

An activation code can only activate one computer. If you move an activated Alasend to another computer,but the computer has not been activated, the Alasend will still be unactivated.top

Q:Can Alasend be activated if I install it in a usb-disk?

Alasend can not be activated in a usb-disk, the later version of Alasend will support the activation of usb-disk. top

Saving Forms to Alasend

Q: Troubleshooter: The Express save dialog does not come up when I expect it to. Why?

A: There are several reasons why Express save may not work:

1. The Applications . The Express save dialog come up for the websites only,not for the applications.But you can use the DIY tool to save applications manually.

2. The Browser.Alasend can support IE browser and which based on it. In the other browsers (eg:Firefox、Netscape、Opera) the Express save dialog will not come up.

3. The Software Some of the other softwares you installed can prevent the Express save dialog from coming up.You can uninstall them or use DIY tools.

4. The Type of the Website. You can use the DIY tools to save the Login tasks of the website type which Alasend don't support.top

Q：Login tasks of "Express save" fail to login.What to do?

A:There are several reasons why the tasks may not work:

1. Username or Password was not entering in the right place. You should choose the task and use DIY Re-Collect to locate the entry box accurately by clicking with your left mouse button.If it still doesn't work, tell us the detail information by sending messages.

2. The site which has anti-bot protections. I have not entered the code but the task had been logining and reminding me to enter in. You should choose the task and click your left mouse button to use DIY Re-Collect,then click "Has anti-bot protections and requires extra attention" and click save.top

Q：Login task saved by DIY fail to login.What to do?

A:DIY can help you to login some common use tasks not all the sites and applications. You can look up the common use tasks in "New".If there isn't what you want, you can tell us.We will do our best to solve all your problems. top

Q: I forgot my Admin Password. Can I recover it?

A:You cannot.You are the only person who know the the Admin Password which confirm your identity,once lost ,it couldn't be recover.You can delete the mwyuser.mdf from the Alasend installation folder,then add "Login Item "again and set new Admin Password.top

Q: If somebody steals my Alasend files, can they get into my accounts?

A:If you have set Admin Password,nobody else can use your"Login Item" in Alasend.:If you have set Manage Showing Password,nobody else can view the passwords of the login tasks.For your information security,please set both of your Admin Password and Manage Showing Password.top

Q: I entered Admin Password and now Alasend opens all login tasks not asking for AP?

A:After you enter Admin Password it is cached in memory, so that you do not have to enter it all the time. You should enter it again after a period of inactivity in Menu Bar->Settings-->Other options-> "After idling [] minutes the program requires re-input Admin" top

Q: I entered Manage Shoiwng Password , Alasend show all login tasks passwords not asking for MSP?

A:No,for your login tasks security ,all the time you view the password need to enter Manage Showing Password. top

Q: How can I make sure that nobody can use my login tasks when I need to step out?

Q: How do I copy Alasend with all its data from one computer to another computer?

A:Copy Alasend to the computer or USB disk,then run Alasend. top

Q:How to delete all the Login items?

A:You can delete the mwyuser.mdf from the Alasend installation folder,then the Login items will be clear out.top

Local and network application

Q:All at once, it failed to login automatically, what to do?

A：There are several reasons :

1. Network congestion make the page loading slowly.You can restart Alasend after the page loading finished, and double-click the login task.Alasend will autofill and autolog in the loaded page.

2. So many applications have been run that Alasend couldn't be opened.You can restart Alasend after the application has been open, and double-click the login task. Alasend will autofill and autolog in the opened applicaion.

3. Update of the page and Client cause the failure of the acquisition. If the task in DIY failed, retry DIY acquisition can solve the problem. If the task in "New" Login item list failed feed back the task to Alasend.(tell Alasend)

4. Maybe the newly installed third-party security software prevent Alasend from installing. You can ask the third-party security software how to enable the auto entering.But mostly,you only need to add the Alasend.exe and psdmaid.dll from Alasend folder to white list of the third-party security software.The Alasend autofill will be normal. top

Q:My friend can use Alasend to login,but I can't,why?

A:The game maybe set too high resolution which Alasend do not support, 800 * 600 or1024*768 resolution is recommend.top

Q:After I changed the size of the game window, the game failed to login,what to do?

A:Change the resolution to 800* 600 or 1024 * 768 , then restart Alasend.top

Q:I use Ctrl + left mouse button for hotkey login of Client application and game , the mouse has been selected, but the autofill doesn't work, what to do?

A:Keeping pressing Ctrl may prevent Alasend from entering password , use Ctrl + left mouse button for hotkey login, click account box then rapidly release Ctrl key , the password will be entered normally.top

Q:I did not use the default Ctrl + left mouse button as hotkey, I pressed the hotkey I have set,but the client or game dosen't login automatically , why?

A:When using custom hotkey, you need to click the input box by left mouse button and put the mouse pointer on it,then press hotkey the task will login automatically,top
